What is priority support? Why do I need it?
Priority Support allows you to call us more frequently and get priority over standard accounts with only a marketing subscription, or accounts without any service agreement. You will have preference in scheduling work or appointments. Priority Support allows you to schedule work for weekends or after hours depending on our availability.
Please remember — for standard marketing accounts, we schedule the time period for updates which may take from two (2) days up to seven (7) days from the initial request. Priority support is an additional service to a standard marketing subscription.
Note: We may be servicing additional priority support customers, and we will do our best to accomodate all priority support customers in a timely manner.
