What is priority support? Why do I need it?
Priority Support allows you to call us more frequently and get priority over standard accounts with
only web maintenance or accounts without any service agreement. You will have preference in scheduling work or
appointments. On standard web maintenance, we schedule the time period for updates.
Note: We may be servicing additional priority support customers, and we will do our best to
accomodate all priority support customers.
Do you work with our staff? We have webmasters, web managers, web coordinators, graphic artists, etcetera.
Yes. If you have Priority Support, we will work with your staff for everything
from updating page content, supporting content management systems allowing users to update their own pages,
supporting online registration systems, and e-commerce shopping carts.
Do I get web maintenance with priority support?
Yes. Priority Support is an inclusive support plan that includes email and web technical support, as
well as standard web programming and updates.
